Refund policy

As our products are made to order and perishable and made by perishable ingredients, we only can offer partial refunds, while certain dates have not passed. This however doesn’t affect your statutory rights. If you have any problem with the quality of our desserts, please contact us, and we will try our best to sort out everything.   

If your delivery date is at least 7 days away, we will refund you 80% of the total amount. 

If your delivery date is at least 2 days away, we will refund you 50% of the total amount. 

If your delivery date is less than 2 days away, we will refund you 25% of the total amount.
